Design Services
Design through prototype of electronic systems and/or new product lines. Experience in high-speed digital, control systems, DSP, voice/audio/VoIP, USB, medical, aerospace, wireless, and low power embedded systems. FPGA design (Actel/VHDL) and embedded programming (MSP430, PIC and other processors).   Some mechanical engineering services are available.

We are available to assist you during design/testing/debug of your product.

PC Board Layout Services
PC Board layout design from your schematic. We use Mentor Graphics (PADS Logic and Layout). Experience in high-density digital and analog boards (including BGA, micro vias, and built-up layers).

Product Assembly
Short-run and low volume (prototype) assembly of PC-Boards and products.

3D Printing
We now offer 3D printing services for prototypes and low volume items. We print in either ABS or PLA plastic with a layer thickness of 0.15mm and can handle models up to 5" x 5" x 5" (about a 13cm cube). Prices start at $25 (from your CAD file) plus shipping charges. There may be extra charges if your parts need cleaning/touch-up. We also offer CAD design services for an additional fee.
